Mixed berry chocolate frozen yoghurt
15 oz Frozen
mixed berries
1 T Almond butter
2 T Organic cocoa
1 cup pressed apple juice
1 cup water
2 scoops strawberry whey protein/or 1 cup plain yoghurt
20 drops stevia
3 T xylitol
Add all the ingredients to a powerful blender and blend together. Pour into bowls and serve immediately.
Serves 4.

My children enjoy this better than a smoothie because they enjoy that
it has the consistency of frozen yoghurt and they can eat it with a spoon.

Rice Pudding
¾ cup cooked wholegrain brown rice
¼ cup of thick cream
1 egg
A dollop of butter
1 – 1 ½ TBL honey/xylitol/rapadura (sweetner of your choice)
A drop of vanilla essence
Cinnamon (as much as you want)
Flaked almonds (as much as you want)
Method:
Cook the rice. In a measuring jug mix all ingredients except the rice to make a cream
mixture. Add ¾ cup of cooked rice to a pot and add the cream mixture. Cook on a low heat and serve
hot.
